Data Analytic & Knowledge Management Specialist

The Data Analytic & Knowledge Management Specialist will work under P Landscape's Growth and Business Strategy Department. The role will leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and manage organizational knowledge to enhance efficiency, innovation, and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis and knowledge management systems and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure the data and knowledge accuracy and integration.
- Generate actionable insights and appropriate applications.
- Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define the company's key data and knowledge to create a management framework.
- Develop data and knowledge management strategic plan and roadmap for implementation.
- Work closely with teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the teams to communicate data insights and knowledge management strategies to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the teams to facilitate training sessions/ workshops to enhance data literacy and knowledge-based culture across the company.
Qualification
Qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Knowledge Management, Information Systems Management/ Engineering, or related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience, (entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL), visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dynamo, Grasshopper), and cloud-specific tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Passion for exploring and adopting new methodologies and technologies
- Familiarity with machine learning and advanced statistical techniques is a plus.
- Experience in project management and change management is advantageous.
