Project Management Officer

Responsibilities
A Project Management Officer is focused on supporting project managers and their teams in successfully delivering individual projects. It provides guidance, best practices, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency in project management practices as well as oversees the entire portfolio of collective projects and programs across the organization. It manages the allocation of resources, prioritizes projects based on strategic objectives, and monitors performance across the various programs.
Accountabilities:
- Ensuring on-going projects’ success via monitoring project progress and performance
- Ensuring adequate support infrastructure & systems
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains project management standards, methodologies, processes, and tools across the organization.
- Provides governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
- Involved in high-level stakeholder engagement activities across projects.
- Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitates knowledge sharing across projects.
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project and portfolio performance.
- Monitors project performance against predefined objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
- Gather update information and develop management report with contingency plan.
Qualification
- Experience of working in role of Project manager or Team lead of architect solutions at least 3 years.
- Experience in managing budgets, project resource management
- Fundamental knowledge of project management and project management life cycle.
- Project Management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, in checking and challenging information provided.
- Strong command of English (Required TOEIC score at least 600)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in multi-national team
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development, customer relations and program management
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and practices (related degree preferred)
