Responsibilities


Job Summary: 
Perform secretarial and administrative tasks in supporting office manager and other departments.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage all administrative and secretarial jobs function i.e.: paper tasks, concerned report and company presentation, etc.
• Oversea trip management i.e. flight booking, hotel booking, transportation arrangement, etc.
• Coordinate the management team and employee of other departments to ensure that the service is performed professionally and in a timely manner.
• Follow up and ensure day to day operation of tasks and assignment given.
• Exercise documentation and translation.
• Perform company reception matters and telephone operating.
• Operate office equipment ie; telephone, copier, fax machine, computer, etc.
• TAFF Operation.
• Coordinate the company activity and social service as assigned.
Qualification


• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative job
• Computer literacy
• Good communication in English
• Pleasant personality
• Good team player
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Well organized and detail oriented
